Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging any of our services. By accessing rankafresh.com or purchasing any Rank Afresh service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. ABOUT RANK AFRESH
Rank Afresh SEO Agency (“Rank Afresh”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a professional SEO and organic search agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide search engine optimisation services, training, strategic consulting, and ongoing digital marketing support to businesses in Nigeria, West Africa, and globally.

2. SERVICES COVERED BY THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service apply to all services offered by Rank Afresh, including:
2.1 Rank Afresh Visibility Report™ (Free) A complimentary SEO diagnostic report covering technical health, local SEO, keyword visibility, and AI search readiness. Delivered within 72 hours of a completed request submission.
2.2 Growth Roadmap™ Session (₦100,000 / $74 — One-Time): A one-time strategic engagement producing a personalised 90-day SEO action plan, competitor gap analysis, keyword opportunity map, technical findings report, local SEO review, and AI search readiness assessment.
2.3 Search Growth System™ (₦550,000 / $405 — One-Time): A comprehensive, fully customised SEO strategy covering technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, local SEO, keyword architecture, competitor intelligence, AI search readiness, and future search channel planning.
2.4 Search Performance Management™ (₦300,000 / $221 per month): A monthly SEO management retainer covering continuous technical monitoring, content optimization, local SEO management, keyword tracking, competitor monitoring, AI search readiness, and monthly reporting.
2.5 Website and consultation services: Any additional services agreed upon in writing between Rank Afresh and the Client.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting a form on our website, making a payment, or engaging our services in any capacity, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation.
- You have read and accept these Terms of Service in full.
- You have the authority to provide us with access to any website, account, or platform required to deliver our services.
- The information you provide to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 One-Time Services Payment for the Growth Roadmap™ Session and the Search Growth System™ is due in full before work commences. We do not begin research, strategy, or delivery until payment is confirmed.
4.2 Monthly Retainer The Search Performance Management™ retainer is billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each monthly cycle. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in a pause of services until payment is received.
4.3 Currency All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦ or $) unless otherwise agreed in writing. International clients may be invoiced in an agreed equivalent currency.
4.4 Payment Methods Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the point of purchase. All payments are processed securely.
4.5 Late Payments For monthly retainer clients, invoices unpaid after 7 days of the due date will incur a late payment notice. Services may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment. Rank Afresh reserves the right to terminate the engagement after 30 days of non-payment without refund of any previously delivered work.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 Free Visibility Report™ No payment is required for the free report. No refund applies.
5.2 Growth Roadmap™ Session Due to the research-intensive and personalised nature of this service, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before we have begun your audit and roadmap, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
5.3 Search Growth System™ Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If cancellation is requested before any research has begun, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days. Partial refunds are not available for partially completed work.
5.4 Search Performance Management™ Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing month once services have commenced. You may cancel at any time with written notice, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
5.5 Exceptional Circumstances Refund requests outside of the above terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Rank Afresh.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1 Monthly Retainer Cancellation You may cancel your Search Performance Management™ retainer at any time by sending a written cancellation request to rankafresh@gmail.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing month. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum contract period.
6.2 One-Time Service Cancellation If you wish to cancel a one-time service before work has commenced, please contact us immediately at rankafresh@gmail.com. Once work has begun, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, but all completed work will be delivered to you.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
This is one of the most important sections of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
7.1 Search engine rankings are determined by search engines including Google, Bing, and others. Rank Afresh does not own, control, or have any affiliation with any search engine.
7.2 Rank Afresh makes no guarantee, promise, or warranty of any specific search ranking position, traffic volume, lead generation outcome, or revenue result from any service we provide.
7.3 SEO is a long-term investment. Results typically develop over a period of 3 to 12 months depending on the competitiveness of your market, the current state of your website, the quality of implementation, and factors outside our control including algorithm updates.
7.4 Any examples of past results, case studies, or testimonials shared by Rank Afresh do not constitute a guarantee that the same results will be achieved for your business as business and website position varies.
7.5 Rank Afresh will not be held liable for any loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue resulting from search engine algorithm updates, changes to your website made without our knowledge, actions taken by third parties, or the natural competitiveness of your market.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To enable us to deliver the best possible results, you agree to:
8.1 Provide accurate, complete, and timely information when requested, including access to your website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile where relevant.
8.2 Review and respond to our communications within a reasonable timeframe. Delays caused by slow client responses may affect delivery timelines.
8.3 Implement recommended changes to your website in a timely manner, particularly for technical SEO fixes that require your developer or web team to execute.
8.4 Not engage in any activity that violates Google’s Webmaster Guidelines or any search engine’s terms of service, including purchasing links, cloaking, or keyword stuffing.
8.5 Not hire other SEO agencies or freelancers to work on the same website simultaneously without informing Rank Afresh, as conflicting work can negatively impact results and makes it impossible for us to accurately diagnose performance.
8.6 Notify us immediately of any significant changes to your website, including redesigns, migrations, or changes to your hosting provider.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All reports, strategies, roadmaps, content recommendations, and documentation produced by Rank Afresh remain the intellectual property of Rank Afresh until full payment has been received.
9.2 Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for your own business purposes.
9.3 You may not resell, redistribute, or represent Rank Afresh deliverables as your own work or as the work of another agency or consultant.
9.4 Rank Afresh retains the right to reference your engagement as a case study or portfolio example unless you specifically request confidentiality in writing.
9.5 Any content, assets, or materials you provide to Rank Afresh to assist in delivering our services remain your intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
10.1 Rank Afresh treats all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, website data, or strategic details with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
10.2 We may use trusted third-party tools and platforms to deliver our services, including SEO software, analytics platforms, and communication tools. These tools are governed by their own privacy policies.
10.3 Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or processes shared by Rank Afresh as confidential.
11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
11.1 By engaging our services or submitting information through our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, available at rankafresh.com/privacy-policy.
11.2 We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services and communicate with you effectively.
11.3 We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
11.4 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at rankafresh@gmail.com.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rank Afresh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.
12.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Rank Afresh in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12.3 Rank Afresh is not liable for any damages resulting from your failure to implement our recommendations, your failure to provide accurate information, or actions taken by search engines outside our control.
13. WEBSITE USE
13.1 The content on rankafresh.com is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice specific to your situation.
13.2 You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with any other party’s use of our website.
13.3 We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any content on our website at any time without notice.
13.4 Links to third-party websites on our site are provided for your convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
14.1 Rank Afresh reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be published on rankafresh.com with a revised effective date.
14.2 Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 For active retainer clients, we will notify you of any material changes to these Terms by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
15. TERMINATION
15.1 Rank Afresh reserves the right to terminate any service engagement immediately and without refund if a client:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward our team
- Requests or attempts to use our services for illegal, unethical, or black-hat SEO activities
- Fails to make payment after reasonable notice
15.2 In the event of termination, all completed work up to the point of termination will be delivered to the client.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct, good-faith communication. Please contact us at rankafresh@gmail.com, and we will respond within 3 business days.
16.2 If direct communication does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action.
16.3 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
Rank Afresh shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, or other events of force majeure. We will notify you as soon as possible of any such situation and resume services as quickly as practicable.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement or proposal, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rank Afresh with respect to our services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
